1. Work under the direct supervision of Executive Director and report to the Executive Director on a daily basis.
2. Participate in the advocation for consumers and their children with regard to medical, dental, mental health, school and financial related issues in the community. 3. Participate in the administration of program evaluation to be sent to regional centers and state yearly. 4. Support and encourage parents and their children to participate in community activities. 5. Collaborate with other staff to arrange individual plan for parents to meet different goals. 6. Communicate with consumers's Regional Center coordinator and attend Regional Center meetings with consumers and their Regional Center coodrdinators. 7. Maintain all documentation of all meetings with parents and write reports to the Regional Center semi annually. Qualification: Master degree in Sociology or related fields.
