1. Work under the direct supervision of CPA and report to CPA on a daily basis.
2. Prepare Clients' quarterly, annual tax returns, and regular payroll tax documents.
3. Assist CPA in compiling clients' assets report and city, state, and federal tax calculation.
4. Research tax regulations and issues in taxation for clients' particular business projects.
5. Plan, analyze, and interpret financial statement, balance sheet and other related information.
6. Work on portions of audit, review compilation, tax and other consulting engagements under close supervision.
Master degree of Accounting or related fields.
